The piano studio was designed and built by Phil Szostak and was acoustically engineered for music performances. It is a modern 1400 square-foot room and houses two Steinway grand pianos-- a model M and a model D. The studio seats up to 60 people.
Students range in age from elementary school through adults, but all are serious piano students who are concerned with achieving excellence in their piano studies. There are numerous opportunities for students to participate in student recitals, competitions, festivals, master classes, chamber music collaboration, and auditions. The Triangle area offers a wide variety of music concerts and numerous opportunities for students to hear well-known artists.
